BCER Remediation and Restoration Manual Updates

Effective July 1, 2026 the BCER Remediation and Restoration Manual was updated. A number of significant changes were made, and it is important to ensure that projects that are planned and executed in NEBC comply with these changes. It can be tricky when the changes come out quickly, with little time to adapt when projects are already underway. Prospect has reviewed the updates, identified the changes, updated templates and we are implementing changes at the office and field level.

It is important for operators to engage with consultants that understand the nuances of BC closure work. Our main office is in Fort St. John, and the bulk of Asset Retirement Obligation work is in northeast BC. Reach out today if you need support for ARO work in this region.
